Mini Review : La Fresh travel lite Makeup Remover Wipe

The sweet folks over at La Fresh were oh so kind to send me a large box of samples this week. At first I was very overwhelmed about how I should go about reviewing everything, but I think I've finally figured it out. :) I'm going to break everything down into fancy mini reviews!
The first product from La Fresh I'm going to talk about is their travel lite makeup remover wipes.
My favorite thing about these wipes is that they smell like "Skin So Soft." It reminds me of being little and running around outside during the Summertime in AL. We have bad mosquitos - so my mom used to coat us in that stuff.  (Did your mom do that to you lol?) These wipes instantly dissolved my makeup,  and left my face feeling soft and smelling nice. I really like this formula, it's very refreshing!
La Fresh's travel lite amenities are perfectly portable and airport security friendly! I'm going to throw a couple of these in my purse to use this weekend in Montgomery. :)
They come in 3 different amounts:

I hope everybody is having a pleasant Saturday!

Review | Physician's Formula Organic Wear FakeOut Mascara

A couple of days ago I stumbled across a printable rebate form for this mascara. (You can find the form located here) I've been reluctant to stray from my current mascara fave, the L'Oreal Voluminous False Fiber Lashes Mascara. (Review here) But what did I have to lose? I mean...free mascara? Yes please. Oooh, look at the lovely packaging...pretty normal for Physician's Formula. (They rarely disappoint in that department.)
Physician's Formula Organic Wear FakeOut Mascara
According to their site, this mascara is the first ever with 100% natural origin lash extension fibers. (Nifty) I have noticed that my eyes are watering much less while I'm wearing this kind. So that is pretty darn interesting. It delivers the same effect as the L'Oreal mascara, it's just less clumpy. (Not AS dramatic but close.) Sadly, the FakeOut mascara is NOT waterproof like the L'Oreal. So there is something to think about before purchasing.

(Ohhh, a fancy comparison collage with text!)

Physician's Formula likes to brag on this oversized brush. (Meh) It's a good bit larger than the wands I'm used to dealing with. I don't personally feel like it does anything special. It just makes it a little awkward to apply. (Maybe it's just me?)
(Are you trying to compensate for something Mr. Brush?)

LOL all silly-ness aside. I really do recommend this mascara, (especially with the rebate form) it left my lashes feeling very conditioned and looking loverly. I will probably see if my mom wants to try it out. She is always looking for a mascara that doesn't irritate her eyes.

Oh, before I go...my hubby is taking me to see The Great Gatsby this weekend! I'm really excited! Have any of you guys seen it? Check out Grav3yardgirl's (Get ready with me - Gatsby edition) It's a super fun video, I wish I could have dressed up for the premier.

Look at these cuties! I still don't know how I snapped the photo in time. :) Love it.

Review | L'Oreal Paris Voluminous False Fiber Lashes Mascara

Let me start off by saying that I have stubby disappointing lashes. It is something that I have just had to come to terms with over the years. What else isn't fair? The fact that my husband and son have the most amazing lashes I've ever seen. Ugh, life. So...I have spent countless dollars in the search for the perfect mascara, only to end up disappointed. Folks, I have an announcement...I have found a mascara that finally makes me happy!
$8.99

This little gold tube has started popping up all over youtube recently, and for good reason. Why L'Oreal decided to not stamp their name on it I'm not sure. I have seen many a review where they can't remember the actual brand of the mascara. It's L'Oreal people! I'm so stinking impressed with it. :)

If you look closely you can see the fibers mentioned in the name. Want another plus? It's waterproof! I have found it to be very long lasting and it doesn't end up all over my face at the end of the day. (I hate when that happens) To my knowledge, it is only available in two shades. I'm a "blackest black you can get" kind of a girl. You can't tell in the above photo but the precision brush is a little angled. I find it very easy to apply. You end up with a more dramatic effect if you have multiple coats. (Let it dry in-between) Also, L'Oreal claims it is Ophthalmologist and allergy tested. I need to let my Mom know about that...she was asking about it. She has very finicky eyes.

This photo isn't the best representation of the product. It was really hard to get a good shot. I'm hooked on the fibers. I don't think I will ever have a mascara without them ever again. My only complaint is that it is a little difficult to take off. But I think it's worth the extra effort. ;) Go out and get some of this stuff and let me know what you think below.
